One of the best characteristics is the location. It is right near the grocery store, so if we needed something, it was right next door! Plus, everything is walking distance, including the entrances to the ski resort. The apartment was also clean and modern. To my recollection, things did not feel outdated; everything felt modern and new, including the TV, stove, etc. Also, the owner was prompt in replying, including at night. If we needed something to be fixed, maintenance arrived the next day and was very nice.
Just remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, cooking oil, etc., but to be honest, we found a lot of things already there in the drawers. The grocery store is next to the apartment if something is needed. I would say ask the owner ahead of time what is there and what is not. Also, the apartment is set at a certain temperature. It is standard in Levi I believe; the second floor is colder than the first floor.
