Everything was excellent.

The temperature control was difficult to manage. (Too hot, too cold)

Great beds and sheets. Enough room for everyone to be comfortable.

Ants in the kitchen. Never addressed. No place for towels or toiletries in the bathrooms. The soap dispensers are for foam but they used gel soap. One bathroom didn’t have a soap dispenser at all so we bought one. No soap to wash hands at kitchen sink. The rug in the one bedroom will absolutely make someone fall one day. The basement “bedroom” is WAY TOO LOUD with something constantly running- don’t know what though. The couch could use a thorough cleaning- stained A LOT. There are zit patches stuck to the wall in the master and clearly overlooked by someone. Not one dish towel in the kitchen. Only one trash bag and no where to take out the trash??? Soap dispenser by kitchen bathroom was filled with literal water- no soap AT ALL. No facial tissues anywhere. The front stairs were Constantly filled with people (from maybe neighboring apartments) that were loud, smoking tons of weed and left no privacy for windows/curtains to be opened. It was a place for us to sleep, shower and sit after a long day touring nyc. It was a 3 out of 5. Lots of things could’ve been better.

Downstairs thermostat not functioning properly. Security alarm won’t stop chiming.
