It was spotless.. fabulous location… great size.
The loft was not working and it was extremely dirty…. Could do wth a good scrub. No option to store luggage anywhere.

L' appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato, arredato in modo accogliente e con tutti elettrodomestici nuovi, due televisori e due climatizzatori. Abbastanza pulito. In pieno centro, fronte castello. Personale dell' agenzia cordiale.
L' appartamento è munito di doppie finestre ma essendo un edificio storico non è possibile aprire le finestre e pertanto non si può areare l' ambiente (pur essendoci il climatizzatore). Inoltre l' appartamento è al terzo piano, esiste un' ascensore ma non funziona e pertanto risulta scomodo e faticoso raggiungerlo con i bagagli facendo le scale. Inoltre il check-in è possibile solo dalle 15, un po' tardi per chi arriva dall' aeroporto con bagagli e non sa dove andare fino all' ora del check-in. Eravamo disposti a pagare un supplemento per poter entrare prima ma causa poco personale delle pulizie non è stato possibile.

Beautiful newly decorated apartment, which was very well situated for visiting Cardiff
The lift was not working, which we knew before we booked, but we were on the top floor, so a lot of stairs to carry luggage up. Also if you use the living room as an extra bed, it can be noisy on a Saturday night,however the back bedroom was excellent

Great location, stairwell could do with a sort out as it absolutely stinks. Thankfully apartment was very clean and smelt fine
Sofa bed. This was awful, not worth the money as couldn’t sleep all night due to how uncomfortable it was. Absolutely great for 2 people to share the double although it is a small double, no point having a third person there
