Como estava de carro...o estacionamento não foi disponibilizado num primeiro momento. Pois como era Flat não tinha direito a estacionamento. Apos muito explicar que nosso carro estava com toda bagagem da viagem a material da expedição. E que ficar com o carro na via pública...proximo de obras do Tropical...e do evento....Ponta Negra....risco de roubo era muito grande. As recepcionistas disponibilizaram estacionamento (verde) .....onde nosso carro passou a noite.

Nice little studio flat and quite spacious even with two extras matresses for our kids. The view is wonderful and we really enjoyed the infinity pool as breakfast buffet too. The gym is a little outdated, but everything else was great. Very responsive host and very accommodating with regards to early check-in. Thank you.

Espaço muito bom no Tropical Flat. Embora seja distante do centro, o local é na parte mais nobre de Manaus. Do lado da orla, com um vista excelente do Rio Negro. O lugar tem uma ótima piscina com serviço de bar. O aeroporto foi a uns 20 min de distância.
Um pouco distante do centro e do porto. Isso não é um problema, mas é importante na hora de planejar seus passeios

When making the reservation through Booking.com, I used the “hotel” filter, and this accommodation appeared among the results. For that reason, I believed I was booking a room directly connected to the hotel, especially because “breakfast” appeared in the highlights as one of the room facilities. However, during my flight to Manaus, I received a message from a private individual who owned the unit, and only then did I realize that this was not actually a hotel booking, but rather a private accommodation similar to an Airbnb, located inside a flat. I believe the main issue lies with Booking.com, for allowing a private accommodation to appear even when the hotel filter is selected. The host himself was polite, helpful, and attentive, so my criticism is not directed at him personally.
The property operates as a mix of privately owned flats and hotel-managed units, and there seems to be a difference in treatment between guests. There was no luggage transportation service for guests staying in an owner-managed flat. The room had several problems: the entrance door was difficult to open and would get stuck, the bathroom door was old, and the bathroom cleaning was poor, with visible dirt and body grease in the sink and shower area. The bed was not a real double bed, but two single beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle. The bed linen was simple and was not changed during the stay. Housekeeping was limited to a light daily tidy-up, without changing towels or properly cleaning the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was available, but slow and unstable.
Breakfast was not included and cost R$ 75.00 per person, which I found expensive for the limited variety offered. Room service is available 24 hours, but it was slow and inefficient. The restaurant service was also poor: several times I had to get up to get the menu, place my order at the cashier, and also pay there, despite there being waiters.
The lack of proper cleaning in the accommodation; the difference in treatment from the staff because I was not considered a hotel guest, but rather a temporary tenant of a privately owned unit; the expensive breakfast with limited options; the distance from downtown Manaus; and the exorbitant prices charged for services and products inside the flat.
