Niets.

A beautifully renovated, comfortable, private house. Beautiful ocean views from the bedrooms and the balcony. Private pool, private parking, and private garden. Spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room; comfortable bedrooms.
It is advertised as having two separate bathrooms, but in reality, there is only one bathroom with a shower, while the other is just a separate toilet with a washbasin.
During our stay (October 2–9, 2026), there was construction work going on next door—involving a tower crane and machinery—every day from 8:00 a.m., except Sundays. It was a bit noisy.
