Lovely outdoor pool and beach area.
Fun waterpark with lovely treats ie cotton candy, ice pops etc.
Lovely service in People’s restaurant and by the pool.
Nice to have Godiva on site for coffee (food not included in AI)
Room wasn’t ready on our arrival.
We would have loved the option of a roll in bed for one of our children to make sleeping more comfortable.
AC in the room wasn’t constant- it kept clicking on and off which left us with disrupted sleep.
Sewage smell from drain in bathroom.
Water Park doesn’t open until 1pm - not so bad if staying a few nights but not great if only staying for one night.

All inclusive part is very nice and the fact that the waterpark is next to it only for residents.
We loved everything everything was very nice

Facilities and staff.
“Ultra all inclusive” next to the name of the hotel when only dine in restaurants are included, and many items on the menu were chargeable! Room service is not included, shishah, energy drinks are not included, and half of the cafe’s menu items are chargeable. I asked to pack a sweet to go and they wouldn’t allow it. The mini bar items are very cheap poor quality products. Obviously, all other hotel services are not included. Price is extremely high for a remote ghost city with bad weather most of the year, compared to world class hotels and resorts in prime locations around the world.
