Location, modern setup, private parking even if the way of entering the parking is a bit complicated and the wiev, especially after sunset.
Must be very careful with the hot water. It is way to hot, hot to the point of getting burned very fast.

This place felt exactly like home, nothing was missing, it was very clean and in a safe neighbourhood. The view was really nice, it is located on 12th floor, with view to the mountain. There is a private parking place in the building's barrier parking. A bit harder to find because it's on the back side of the building, the entrance is not at the boulevard, but the host gave specific instructions which really helped (tip: put the link to the barrier on Google maps first - the host will give it to you). There are 2 big screen TVs, both smart. Thank you for a nice stay
Everything was great, maybe a small improvement would be nice: add child protection locks on the windows, since it's on 12th floor, it can become dangerous if they can open the windows by themselves.

The location is good if you are driving a car. Its a bit complicated finding how to get access but the instructions make sense eventually! Very comfortable, modern with lovely views towards the city. It is a quick trip to downtown Sofia. The space is used very well and it worked well for three adults for a couple of nights. There are a couple of big supermarkets very close by that are useful for stocking up for onward road trips.
Couldn't get the cooker to work - there were no instructions and a 'How To' welcome pack of advise and instructions would make things even more comfortable. All the other facilities were spot-on and we could have phoned to ask where the on switch was, but really, who would at 9pm at night? Luckily there are takeaway options in the area and a couple of nice restaurants up the hill.

Instructions were clear
Living room sofa bed is not meant for sleeping and was really uncomfortable. The property shouldn’t be taking reservations for more than 2 people as it can’t provide conditions for
