Comfy, well appointed home perfect for couples and families.

Lovely cottage amongst the sheep and alpaca just outside the small town of Fairlie. Very comfy beds and fantastic hot shower - this was a relaxing haven after days of driving around the South Island. Beautiful and quiet, and reasonably priced compared to the much busier Lake Tekapo (30 mins away). An easy drive to/from Mt Cook, felt like a genuine local farmhouse stay - lots of retro elements to the house but all the modern comfort you need including great wifi. Great communication from the hosts and easy access. Would love to have stayed longer, and will keep this on our list for return trips to NZ.
