We loved everything about this apartment. It was one of the best places we stayed in our 4 week tour of Northern Italy. It has an unusual, unique and personal charm and character that you don't often find.
The location is ideal. It is a quiet and safe area but the building itself is very secure and we appreciated the private parking for our hire car. It is a 10 min walk to the Palazzo di Te and close enough to the town centre to walk although we did also take advantage of the bikes in the garage one day to cycle around the lakeside.
The apartment itself is very very well equipped ! The bathroom had lots of nice toiletries to use and the bath was lovely at the end of a day's sightseeing. We heard nobody else in the apartment block so we slept well.
Excellent Wifi.
Above all, I would say the communication with the host Maria was top class. Clear instructions re check in etc. The small welcoming bottles of Prosecco were much appreciated. Thank you.

A very lovely and spacious apartment - don't be deterred by the old-school furnishing, it gives the apartment its unique style. Also, the apartment was spotlessly clean, all necessary facilities were available, and our host Maria was super friendly and responsive at all times. Lastly, a big plus is also the location: We found ourselves in the quiet and calm outskirts of Mantova with a free parking spot, and yet we were quickly in the town centre. We can definitely recommend this apartment!
