Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit unverbautem Ausblick über Bad-Lippspringe. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mittels Schlüsseltresor und Zahlencode. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut.
In der Küche sind alle elektrischen Geräte vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Toiletten. Das Bett ist bequem, das Schlafzimmer lässt sich vernünftig mit einem Rollo verdunkeln. Geräumiger Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles in Bad Lippspringe schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Auf Anfragen an den Vermieter wird binnen kurzer Zeit geantwortet. In diese Wohnung kommen wir gerne wieder.
Der Duplexparkplatz ist nur für Autos bis max. 1,45 Meter Höhe geeignet. Parkplätze sind aber in den Nebenstraßen verfügbar - mit ein wenig Geduld und Fußweg.
Der Balkon ist geräumig und mit schönem Blick, leider aufgrund der Ausrichtung über der Detmolder Straße etwas laut. Zumindest für uns Dorfkinder die am Ende einer Sackgasse wohnen.
