The property was in good condition and clean. It had everything we needed. The location was convenient. The staff responded quickly to our questions and concerns.
The outside door was extremely difficult to open and we weren’t provided instructions for it. The apartment was missing forks and knives. The clean ones run out quickly as there is a pretty spacious washing machine (which was nice on the other hand!). The staff turned up at the apartment once without a notice. The property didn’t have an elevator.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym - dostaliśmy przydatny i przejrzysty poradnik check-in, a nawet polecenia restauracji, sklepów. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Obiekt był także bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y de las estaciones de tren y autobús. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Es perfecto para alojarte por buen precio y visitar Bérgamo, Milán o el Lago de Como.
Las dos ventanas dan a un patio interior y cuesta ventilarlo.
