Удобная локация

Грязно , нет кондиционера и стиральной машинки как указано на фото. Грязный унитаз пришлось чистить самой, так как у кого то была диарея 😁

Техника не рабочая, на фото и кондиционер и стиральная машина, а по факту ничего нет, на кухня раковина не работает, вода на пол хлещет. Приходилось в ванне мыть посуду. Унитаз после предыдущих жильцов был грязный- пришлось перед использованием самой помыть. Грязно было.

Так еще и отменили это бронирование хотя мы проживали

Снимали эту квартиру, и, к сожалению, впечатления остались крайне неприятные. Во-первых, нам не вернули депозит 5000 тенге и сдачу 1500 тенге без адекватного объяснения. Обвинили в том, что мы «намусорили», хотя это не соответствует действительности: было всего две коробки от пиццы и целлофан — всё аккуратно оставлено возле мусорки. При этом все правила были соблюдены: мы не трогали второй комплект белья на балконе и не курили в квартире. Во-вторых, отношение со стороны арендодателя оставляет желать лучшего. Общение было грубым и неуважительным, без элементарной вежливости. Складывается ощущение недоверия и нежелания нормально взаимодействовать с клиентами. В день выезда я покинула квартиру в 11:32, как и договаривались. Проверка квартиры должна была быть до 14:00, после чего обещали вернуть остаток суммы. Однако деньги долго не возвращали — только спустя 2 дня и после долгих переписок удалось добиться перевода. На сообщения отвечали спустя время, отношение было максимально несерьёзным и неуважительным. Отдельно отмечу состояние квартиры: было очень холодно, полноценного одеяла не было — только пододеяльник, что создало дополнительный дискомфорт. Итог: крайне разочарованы. Непрозрачные удержания денег, плохая коммуникация и некомфортные условия проживания. Не рекомендую.
