Great location, very quiet surroundings.
Beautiful apartment with a balcony, which I would have liked myself.
Water problem solved very quickly through the agency.
Key handover without problems.
Supermarket and bakery nearby, where you can buy ready-made hot meals.
One of the best accommodations we had.

It’s a very nice apartment - comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped, very quiet with a nice aspect and a big balcony. on the basis of the apartment alone I’d give it 10/10. it has a few quirks but these are thoroughly explained in the handbook.
Picking up and dropping off the keys was very tiresome as I could not understand the pictorial instructions provided and had to walk over a kilometre from where we were able to park.
The location is not so great in that it is a good 15 minute walk from the city area and there are no restaurants or food shops nearby.
The parking is extremely tight which makes getting even a medium sized car into the garage very stressful.
There should be grab rails or at least a non slip mat in the bath/shower.
