I had a short stay at this place and was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities the hotel offered. There were plenty of hygiene products in the lobby, such as travel-sized toothpaste, shampoo, and masks. Sugar, instant coffee, and tea were available as well. The cleaning staff also restocked the fridge with water bottles daily.
The best part for me was the hospitality. Even though there was no staff in the lobby at any time during my stay, we communicated seamlessly via email. This worked perfectly, and I felt like someone was helping me as if they were physically present. Since I had quite an early flight and wasn't sure if the airport bus would work for me (I didn't have enough balance on my T-money card and didn't want to withdraw cash again), I decided to take a cab. The staff booked a taxi for me and sent all the information, including the car's license plate number. They even checked in to see if everything went well and wished me a good flight. I truly appreciated their hospitality!
The only downsides were the lack of natural light in the room—caused by a film on the window—and the dated, uninviting furniture.

The place is really nice, rooms are spacious, very clean, shared washer and dryer and the staff was really nice, would recommend it

I would definitely recommend anyone to come here and stay the room was clean and it was super easy to get from the airport, the owner was super nice too letting us stay another night due to a flight change! I highly recommend and to experience local life in Seoul it’s the perfect area 😊
