Not worth the money

Good location, easy check in to access the property.

Property is run down, marks on the walls, floors and carpets, many things broken including the blinds, so we were woken up by the sunlight in the morning. Window restrictors were all broken, arm chair had 3 legs making it wobbly. Plates and cups in the cupboard were found dirty. We arrived at 3pm for check in and the cleaner was still in the property so we had to wait outside for 20 minutes before we could enter. Multiples fire alarms missing in the rooms.

A noisy, dilapidated, and suffocating apartment; a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Two bathrooms available.

1- Dilapidated and poorly maintained: The flat is in terrible condition and the furniture is of very poor quality. The flooring, table, and curtains were all broken. The shower door wouldn't close properly, and the sofa had a broken leg—it was just propped against the wall to hide it, which we discovered when we sat down and it almost collapsed. To make matters worse, they charge a £200 deposit. I had to waste my precious holiday time taking photos of every single defect just to ensure they wouldn't wrongfully keep my money. 2- Unbearable heat: The apartment is south-facing with no shade at all, and the indoor temperature exceeded 33°C. It was an absolute oven. There was only one fan for two bedrooms. When I asked the host for a second one, they refused, stating they only provide one per apartment. 3- Extremely noisy: There is a bus depot directly opposite the apartment. Buses constantly enter and exit at all hours of the day and night, revving engines and honking. Sleeping was incredibly difficult. 4- No working internet: The Wi-Fi did not work. I spent a whole day messaging back and forth with the host, only to be given the password to the neighbour's router because ours never worked during our entire stay. 5- Poor management: There is no reception or staff on-site. If you encounter any issues, you are left completely helpless, relying solely on an email address or a phone number. 6- No parking available: Although there are plenty of parking spaces inside the residential complex, this apartment booking does not allow you to use them. We had to waste time looking for alternative parking options in the surrounding area. 7- Filthy communal entrance: The main building entrance was in a terrible state, completely littered with piled-up rubbish and packages scattered all over the floor.
