This cottage is great. It is super cute (but spacious enough for the 4 adults who shared the property, and if your group is larger it is able to accommodate more since there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths). The appliances appear to be brand new and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The neighborhood is safe and easy to get to grocery, pharmacy and downtown. Our hosts were responsive. We will likely re-book if available next year.
This is a dog friendly property (hard to find in Erie). This isn't a criticism, but a fenced in backyard would be helpful. While our dog walks on leash, it would be nice to be able to open the back door if needed.

It was very spacious and extremely comfortable
It’s not the house’s fault it’s just the weather was making everything creek and blow and nighttime sounds got a little bit interesting
