Located just off the Pan Borneo Highway, this place is suitable for those who are looking for cheap overnight layovers while travelling long distances. Receptionist lady is very friendly and helpful, and upgraded me to a bigger room for very little extra charge on the other side of corridor due to noisy family on the same side corridor as my original room.
Don’t worry it is not a scam just because it is located in the middle of mostly abandoned shoplots. It exists.
Cleanliness can be improved. The room floor is very dusty and make my feet turn black. Hot water is very limited. The corridor has smoke smell due to smoking guests in other rooms - could be improved by installing scented gel in rooms or corridors.
