The serenity and quiet environment

The WiFi was reliable and the location was ideal for places of interest.
The staff though seemed friendly they’re not proactive, needed to be reminded to provide necessities such as toilet paper, towels, soap. The shower didn’t have a door or something to shield water spillage.

Place did justice for Botswana as it was my first time in the country. The hotel is pretty clean and upmarket, cool place to stay at. Room service was great, the customer service top notch, kudos to Ashley, Lerato and Lonne for being kind and helpful.
Nothing honestly, maybe to mention the wifi which was dwindling at some point but was basically connected the entire time.

Very close to the Malls and the baorder.
There was no variety for breakfast. I suggest they ask customers what they would like for breakfast.
I would advise them to clean more. A lot of spider webs in the rooms and place carpets in the bathrooms and on the sides of the bed.
