Great location close to Smith St mall and easy walk to the Darwin Waterfront. It's far enough away from Mitchell Street you don't get any of that noise and the balcony has a nice view including sunrise. Bed was comfortable and the host communicated very well. Basics are included for food preparation although you only have the sink in the bathroom available, however this wasn't a big deal.
There's a coffee shop downstairs which also serves breakfast, and there's also Ben's Bakery across the road which has fantastic food & coffee and lovely staff, plus apparently the best pies in Darwin.
I did pay for a car park each night but on at least one night there were no available spots in the carpark so I had to park in the street. No big deal - I just had to move the car by 8am the following morning at which time I was able to get a park, but during busy periods you can't be 100% assured of getting a park.

Lounge on wrong side couldn’t watch tv only from the bed no kitchen sink only in bathroom
