Great location. 10minute walk to giraffe centre. Staff and service very good. Very quiet.
Felt a bit like a camp in the rooms. TV didn’t work.

Exceeded my expectations, I had merely suggested to the cottage to write me a cute note because it was my birthday, I got a Whole CAKE!!. The mere gesture was super heartfelt and no words could explain that made me feel. Will forever recommend the stay to anyone anytime. Bonus : The rooms looked really good and met exactly what i needed for my staycation.

Isay was fair overal the staff the reception during was good the girls were were good on the first day the second day staff not good especially nite staff was not good we had incedent at night where our security was turninig on all night i called receeption twenty times to chech what maki g lights to off so many times we just wanted some one to attend to us help was very frustating we didnt have good sleep i will say the plce security meeds atention and its says 24 hour reception no ididnt think so the plce beatifull its quite green beatifullu i was travelling with family so last nite was not good..
