The spacious size, the household appliances including an Expresso machine and very good washing machine with drying cycle.

Proximity of apartment, densely situated amongst other blocks, I believe has something to do with the sometimes uncomfortable heat, lack of air in the property. But I did appreciate the air cooling fan that you put in there. But can I suggest at least 2 fans or better still, an air con or air cooler unit?. Many thanks Kind Regards Lynn Stevenson
