Great Location

Great location, we were travelling to Cheltenham for the Half Marathon, and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Super clean, considering that dogs are allowed. The kitchen is equipped with all you need.

Bathroom wasn’t en-suite. It was a separate entity, I must have overlooked this in the booking. It wasn’t a show stopper, but not something I’d choose again.

Lovely, clean, modern, cosy attic room with separate private bathroom

Everything was beautifully clean and tidy, with modern helpful amenities throughout. The bed was comfy, the coffee machine was fab, and having an air fryer was a great option. The bathroom was lovely with a big shower, although it wasn’t very clear whether this was separate and whether it would be shared with other guests (it’s not, it’s just for the Rotunda Suite). The TV with channels made for cosy evenings in and the bedside lamps created a lovely atmosphere in the room. The location is wonderful - easily walkable to serene green spaces as well as the town centre. And the check-in process was really easy. We really appreciated the parking permit and the fact that you are dog friendly! We all had a great time for 3 nights.

Parking was a little confusing and on some days we had to drive around in circles around the one-way system to find a parking space within the specified permit zone. We could have paid for public parking of course but it felt wrong to do this when we had been gifted a permit! The room was very warm and humid as it’s in the attic space, and it wasn’t even the heatwave weather it was just around 24 degrees outside. So in a heatwave like we’ve had this summer it would be unbearable as there is only one small window and no real ventilation. Also - please add some hooks in the room! It’s really important to have somewhere to hang coats, especially in rainy or cold weather when people will have big and maybe wet coats - you don’t want to hang those on a rail with normal clothes and when there are limited hangers available!

The location was perfect

We were allocated an "atic" room at the top of the buuilding. There was only a small window and a fan. The room was too hot and uncomfortable. The bathroom was in a separate room one floor below our room, photo shows the bathroom next to the door of another room. Had we known that it was not ensuite we would not have booked it. There was a mat on top of the carpet which moved every time that you walked on it causing a trip hazzard.
