Tiny little shampoo bottles in both bathrooms but no soap in the flat.
Towels for each person but no dish cloth for the kitchen.
One of the lamps didn't appear to work, but otherwise lighting was generally really nice - some low level/yellow lighting (not too bright at night, except in bathrooms).
More quiet than other places in the city.
Good hard beds - reasonable mattresses.
Overall a good stay and we would stay again.
Basics were clean; floors, bathrooms, kitchen, beds, but the cupboards and radiators had a lot of dust in/on them, and one wardrobe was full of junk - boxes of furniture it looked like.
Only one key, which was tricky for three of us, because if you lock the key in the house, there is no way in. It wasn't clear on the doorbells downstairs which is the flat, so if one of us came in later than the others, it wasn't clear which to ring to gain attention to the flat, so that was definitely less than ideal.
When we asked for early check in we were told we could have that at 2pm, but on the day even at 3.30pm the key was not in the lock box. After a long day of travelling we were frustrated! But the owners (there seems to be a team of them) responded quickly and go the cleaner who was cleaning the flat to buzz us up.
On the last few days the lift in the building started squeaking on some floors and it is VERY loud! It kept some of us awake/woke us up when people were using it.

Spacious , newly decorated, comfy beds , nice furniture and fresh new bathrooms.
Liked everything about it, can’t fault it!
