Great location, very personal attitude, everything was clean, comfortable and the room was equiped with all necessary small things to make stay comfortable. Even wine glasses were beautiful. Pool area was beautiful, water warm and music inside created a great relaxation atmospher. I wish to come back to this place again!
Due to reconstruction of the surrounding streets, it was not quie clear at the beginning how to find the place. Hotel warned about how to get to the peoperty, but we still got list a bit…

Everything was perfect in the apartment.. spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Laurentius is an excellent host and very helpful in every way. The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating and serviced our apartment at times that suited us everyday.
The location of the Bartl Apartments is excellent , just across the road from the lake with a perfect view of the Bergwald and within walking distance of the many restaurants in Rottach Egern.
Absolutely nothing.

Wunderschöne Lage am Tegernsee und unkompliziert mit dem Parken. Das Apartment verbindet urbayerisches Flair mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht: sehr sauber und richtig gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück im Café gegenüber war fantastisch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter: durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder
