Апартаменты находится в хорошем туристическом районе и близко к морю. В номере чисто, делают уборку, меняют полотенца. Кондиционер расположен комфортно для сна. Также есть большой балкон с красивым видом, утром и днем достаточно тихо.
Сам номер очень маленький, но за свои деньги в целом приемлемо. Нет ни горячей, ни теплой воды в душе, только холодная. И каждый вечер шумно из-за близкого расположения пляжного клуба - громкая музыка и басы завершаются только около 01:00 ночи.

Очень внимательный управляющий! Все чисто! Уборка каждый день! На любые просьбы сразу реагировал! Я прожила 1,5 месяца! Хорошо что на 1 этаже есть кухня!
Это лучший район и место на Фукуоке! Потом совершенно не хочется никуда переезжать!
Номера с балконом шикарные! Вид на море на верхних этажах! Просто 2 минуты и ты на море!

Хороший район, пляж очень близко, примерно в 700 метрах. Все что нужно рядом. Комфортный район.
Бегали маленькие муравьи по полу каждый день, которую не смогли устранить.

The location, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom has a good size and well equipped
Free shuttle stp 3min away walking
They don’t clean properly ( don’t move the bed you’ll find everything from dust, dead insect to old sauce cup)
The water I pressure chose up and down and the temperature as well and the smell of sewer constantly in the bathroom
No fridge
