New and well-situated apartment block. Easy to get in with the codes. Good bathroom - and in general the apartment has all we needed.
It was the second time we stayed in the building, but this apartment was clearly smaller than the previous one, though still quite nice. There was nothing to deter mosquitoes.

Le comfort, les espaces. Dans le quartier tout est disponible; bars, restaurants, combini, pharmacies, coiffeurs...vraiment tout! Très silencieux et secure la nuit aussi.
Très grand lit ! Plusieurs électroménagers en cuisine, et un super lave-linge !
Je n'ai pas trouvé de café en arrivant, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la description. Il n'y a aucun produit de ménage, ni pour la lessive, ni pour le lave-vaisselle. Pour un séjour de 2 semaines, j'ai dû tout acheter, mais aussi laisser ce qui restait car je repartait en avion.
Difficile aussi de comprendre le triage des poubelles. Et aucun sac de rechange pour les poubelles. En considérant qu'au toilette le papier doit être mis dans la poubelle, un minimum de sachets de rechange serait recommandé pour une réservation d'un long séjour.

Air conditioning in both rooms. The apartment is very clean. Everything is neatly arranged. Blackout shutters. There is a capsule coffee maker and several capsules. The closet contains a hair dryer, diffuser, iron, ironing board and first aid kit.
The soundproofing is poor. The only kitchen knife is very soft and bends in all directions. I couldn't find any garbage bags; one wasn't enough for a week. There's a washing machine, but it would be great to put a couple of capsules with laundry detergent. We couldn't figure out how to accept an order from a courier without going downstairs and giving the courier the door code (the code is the same for the entrance and the apartment).
