Location was excellent, staff was v nice, cooperative and helpful. There are amazing restaurants in the vicinity including Shivsagar Restaurant just adjacent to this Hotel Building,
It was on 2nd Floor with no lift (though i must say the staff was very helpful and had helped carry the luggage upstairs). Room was bit congested -> however for this price you cant expect more.

It is very near to all locations – the train station and airport are very nearby. Excellent location, neat and clean. good rooms. Very good hospitality by staff.

The hotel is convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. It takes about 10 minutes by Uber to Terminal 2, while Terminal 1 is within walking distance. There are also several good and affordable restaurants nearby. If you want to explore South Mumbai, keep in mind that it takes around 45–60 minutes (depending on traffic) to reach the Gateway of India.
Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. We found black hair in several places, and the bed linen had some stains.
The biggest downside was the staff and communication. The staff did not speak English and continued speaking Hindi even after we explained several times that we couldn’t understand them. For example, we received an early morning phone call (we believe they were asking if we wanted coffee), but communication was impossible. One evening, we were also locked outside for about 15 minutes because no one opened the entrance, despite us repeatedly ringing the bell. In addition, housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:45 a.m. to change the bed linen and bring towels, and they even came again with fresh towels on our check-out day.
