Great location, walking distance from the airport but they offer free pickup anyway. Nice modern room and good food in the restaurant, also Western!

Convenience was good, friendly workers,very approachable.
Nothing much to look around besides having good location near airport.air condition is not effective, no food menu or tv guide.

Break fast and location, room space, staff behaviour everything is good.
Bit loud noise coming may be due to the construction work near by but in the morning some people were shouting in the hall way.
So basically noise needs to be controlled.

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport, so that is most convenient if it is an overnight stay to take a morning flight out (assuming you are getting there from Darjeeling or Gangtok or equivalent - most of these journeys take 5-8 hours).
The breakfast was poor - the so-called South Indian menu was particularly bad, with dosas that were cold and chewy and a north Indian menu that was only slightly better. The hotel is still under construction and they have opened it out way too soon. For example: there is no reception, just a desk in an open area that is a makeshift reception.
