The view from this comfortable apartment and balcony is stunning. The friendly hosts' small farm shop on site was great for essentials like milk, bread, eggs, beer and wine. The location was great for the village with its shop, cafes and restaurants - and lifts and bus stops. The local free bus service enabled us to have a car free week of walking and exploring.

The owners live in the house and are very friendly people, they gave us a lot of information about the region.They have a "Hofladen" where you can get local products (beer, marmalade) and you can order fresh rolls from the local bakery. In the village everything is in walking distance, stores, restaurants and the gondola up to the Rosengarten. Modern, clean apartment with plenty of space, garden with grill and playground for kids. From the balcony you can look at Latemar mountain. You get a guest pass that gives you access to free public transportation in the region and even to some of the gondolas.
The coffeemaker in the kitchen is for pads, so if you are used to drip coffee, get used to it or bring a filter.
