Really well located. Had a laundry area, the rooms were nice.
The beds need to be upgraded, it’s a hard “mattress”. If the bed was softer it would have been perfect. I had a sore back every night getting worse each day.

Clean and easy to have long stay
I think the conciege should have people in the working time and the messanger (Line / Whatsapp) has no answers unless using booking.com messangers
There are small ants in the room, should debug sometimes and maybe you should give more direction about how to using heater during the bath
