- We liked the location
- We liked that it had a washer and looked preferable for longer stays
- We liked that it is new and somewhat clean
- The pool looked nice
- The terraces were enjoyable at night
- Place is just like the photos
Since the team providing the housing is all about feedback I am sharing most of the constructive one here.
I will start with the elephant in the room - absolutely not safe. We spent our first 2 out of 6 nights at Thessaloniki general hospital with 4 year old since when staying at the ground floor some of the upper floors was drying their clothes on a terrace which made a puddle on the floor - same way she slipped it could have been me or anyone - probably with less serious trauma .
I am not putting blame on anyone, but this is kind of absurd. Also I would not review based on that incident.
On the rest:
-2 pt. Lacked a lot of basic accommodations a normal stay offers - liquid soap, dish fluid, microwave, 2nd roll of tp, shampoo or body wash. I had to pack from Lidl like I am carrying my house inside.
-1 pt. Communication is mostly automated or if you call you might have to try a couple of times. Had to wait 30 min. for the lad to come give us a key since he said ‘im coming out’ .. didn’t had to lie to us to sit at 14,45 on the sun. We could have waited elsewhere.
-1 pt. Once we opened closets here and there - there were dirty spots with hairs and whatnot. So cleaning cover photo-like areas, but would still half-ass it.
