Staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms we had (201,203) were ok, though a little lacking in maintenance. Particularly in the bathroom. Given the position of the highway, the rooms were quiet enough at night, and we were satisfied overall.
Breakfast was good. As it was election day, the restaurant was closed so we had to get some food delivered. That was no problem once we worked out the local food app. Grab was not operational in Pua. To this place anyway.
Before leaving, we looked at some other rooms they had, and these were of a very high standard with softer matresses. Will ask for one of these next time.
We will definitely stay there again.
The hardness of the matress. See the comment above, though.
