The apartment is lovely, newly renovated and well-equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. I also really liked the smart door access system, which was convenient and easy to use once you figured it out. Just make sure you have an internet connection. The video instructions were helpful, but a few written steps explaining which buttons to press at the main entrance would make the process even easier.
There was no toilet paper, coffee capsules or TV remote. Although I was eventually offered reimbursement, it took several messages, as I was repeatedly told to check places I had already searched thoroughly. The apartment is also on the fourth floor with no elevator, which can be quite inconvenient when carrying luggage.

The property exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It is very well connected to the city center and I had no problem with the check in. In fact, the hosts were very reasonable and accommodating all our needs. Highly recommended for both short and long stays in Milan!
nothing wrong really. just mind it's on the 4th floor with no elevator.
