Villa Leda

The house (Villa Leda) is a beautiful building with a huge garden, which was providing a plenty of space for our vacation. The rooms are spacious and have high ceilings all decorated by keeping the belle epoche flair and architecture as good as possible. Equipment and furniture were modern and well functioning (kitchen, bathroom) all clean and spacious. The balcony was a real highlight and all the geccos on the floor ceiling and balcony in the evening were very interesting for us and for our kids (we were had a „terrarium“ around us every night). Walking and cycling to the beach was short (8-5 min) depending on the walking speed, and the free bicycles were also well accepted by us and kids. The beach of Lorenzo was very family friendly (including food, drinks and the personell, all very kind to us). Restaurants and bars were located downtown and on the beach promenade, well reachable by walking. Our host Francisco was always very helpful and caring, giving good advise where to go and what to ask for, made our stay also amusable! Thanks for that!

Located between a busy street and railways, which made outdoor stay in the morining and evening quite noisy, but did not distrub my wife, so happy wife, happy life.

Pulizia, arredamento, posizione

Niente

Ho soggiornato per 10 giorni con la mia famiglia (4 adulti e un cane) nel periodo centrale di agosto. La Villa è molto bella, molto ben tenuta e si gode di una grande tranquillità. L’appartamento (il bilocale con terrazza) molto carino, funzionale e con una bella terrazza privata. Sia cucina e il bagno, sia gli arredi e le dotazioni sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. Abbiamo molto apprezzato di trovare tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, dalla macchina per il caffè ai piccoli prodotti di uso quotidiano (detersivi, saponi,…) alle bici. La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere il centro di Porto Recanati e le spiagge, sia come punto di partenza per visitare con l’auto le zone circostanti. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesco per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità: sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi richiesta o indicazione, ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
