Matteo and Sabrina are excellent hosts - best of the best. Matteo showed us where to park, helped carry our luggage, showed us around the apt, gave us lots of recommendations and was very friendly and responsive. He had dog bowls and treats waiting for our dog, which was so thoughtful. The apartment was a little tight but clean, well decorated and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and they left us with plenty of coffee and snacks. Laundry washing machine was right outside our apartment - it is shared but it was not a problem and we dried our clothes on the provided rack. There is one AC unit in the living room. We thought this would be an issue since I like cold air and circulation when I sleep but just trust that the bedroom will be cool from this alone. If you are like me and still need air circulation, Matteo brought me a fan. There is a clothes steamer (bless you), hair dryer, hair straightener, bathroom amenities, and lots of other thoughtful amenities. Wifi is decent (wife had issues with her Zoom calls but I was able to do several video Zoom calls without issue). Location is excellent with several restaurants and cafes near and it was quiet at night. I highly recommend this apt. Thank you for everything Matteo and Sabrina!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait de 4 nuits avec notre fils. Tout était plus que parfait : l'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et les équipements sont complets, on ne manque de rien.
La localisation est parfaite également. Mais le vrai plus de ce logement, c’est Matteo. C’est un hôte extraordinaire, d’une gentillesse rare et toujours disponible pour nous aider ou nous conseiller. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, c'est une perle rare !
