Super handy to the city, we walked everywhere and even caught electric scooters. The apartment is small, but has everything you need for a short city break, along with a parking space.
The space is well laid out, super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are super responsive and helpful too.
The apartment was an icebox upon arrival and the heatpump only warms the lounge. The staff were very kind and responded quickly to our request for additional heating which was fantastic and greatly appreciated.

We were going to a concert at the Townhall and it was merely 2 blocks away so we could walk there adn back home after!
We were 4 adult females and there could have been full mirrors in both bedrooms but it was not a huge issue.

Handy to city, very clean and tidy & neat appearance
Black out blinds would be very useful to reduce night-time glare from lights in the block of units directly behind and in front of the townhouse we had, light not conducive to getting a good nights sleep. Venetians not adequate stop glare/ reflection.
More flexibility in being able to initially access the townhouse, due to our earlier than anticipated arrival into the city. When we requested access we were advised by email, stressing arrival and departure times ie 3pm access and 10am departure.
I understand the principle behind arrival / departure times - however flexibility is a 2 way street - when the guest is then asked if it’s alright for electrical maintenance to be conducted on the morning of our departure.
Also a phone contact number on correspondence from property management would have been useful in creating a more personal approach.
Parking is indeed very tight even in medium sized rental vehicle.
