Location is the only plus. I would strongly advise you to choose something else.

Good location in the city centre, comfortable rooms, almost new furniture

Worst Booking experience.I messaged the owner regarding my arrival/check-in,but they never replied(not once!).I had to contact support for help.I selected 4:00-5:00 PM,but instructions arrived only after 5:00 PM.The guide was incredibly confusing:two doors(large/small)at the address,no info on which to use.After using the chip to enter the small courtyard,the guide said "first door" on the ground floor.But there were two different doors;I had to guess and almost open strangers' homes just to find mine.This made me furious.The host ignored 3 calls in a row before I even arrived.Moving to the flat:photos don't show that one bedroom is combined with the kitchen.Lighting is terrible.No hand towels provided,only body towels.No outlets near the bed.The worst part was zero heating.It was cold,rainy,and windy outside.I slept in the freezing cold and woke up sick with a runny nose.There was no point even trying to call the owner about the heat as they already ignored every single message and call.Terrible service.City tax is €3.50,not €3.00.They threaten a €50 fine for check-out errors,but instructions are wrong.They say leave keys in mailbox #121,but it doesn't exist—all mailboxes are labeled by Block A or B with following numbers.The "Main contact" on their sign never picks up the phone.Total lack of responsibility and respect for guests.It is a shame to run a business this way.
