Given the fact that the property’s newly constructed, the room naturally exudes a sense of fresh atmosphere upon entry. The A/C functions very well, and so does the heater since these appliances have been newly installed. The property does not provide you with the ideal proximity to where the action happens, so this might be something guests should take into consideration, but if you are someone who prioritizes a sound, peaceful sleep after a long night of partying, this might be for you.
While I understand that parking is scarce in La Union, I can’t wrap my head around the fact that this property charges you with a 200PHP overnight parking fee when you are a staying guest in their property. I recommend having this fee waived for the guests’ convenience – perhaps this can add more value to the property.

It’s clean
So far from the action like the bar, cafe and restaurant and the beach. You would have to walk 30 mins if you’re physically fit. That’s an hour back and forth.
The room is small very tiny and tiny bed. It would be value for money if they have bigger room and bigger bed for solo travelers because you can get better price at locations near the beach and party and surfing and cafe. The price is great BUT it’s no value for money because it doesn’t compensate the fact that it is soooooo far away from the actions and fun!
This is NOT VALUE FOR MONEY BECAUSE YOULL HAVE TO WALK 30 mins to the beach and all the actions and fun and still get tiny rooms and tiny TINY bed. That’s an hour back and forth. You can get better rooms at same price nearby the beach. This was a mistake on my end. I was attracted to the pictures not the reality.
