super comoda, con parcheggio sotterraneo privato, zona top super rilassante, e di alto livello, host super disponibile x ogni eventuale necessità e super operativi dovesse succedere qualcosa, staff meraviglioso, appartamento con tutto il necessario forse anche troppo… 😉

The apartment is new, modern, clean, and very comfortably furnished. The bed, linens, couch, and overall setup were all very nice. It’s only about a three-minute walk to the beach, and having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus—we were able to park our two motorcycles there. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had some complications during check-in that were outside of everyone’s control, but the host did everything possible to resolve them and make sure we were comfortable. We booked last minute and thought it was an excellent value.
The surrounding complex is still being developed, so there is quite a bit of construction in the area. That said, it’s clearly a growing area with new amenities and improvements being added, and it didn’t negatively affect our stay.

The location is superb. The property was newly furnished(and newly built). Every room was with AC, and you can find in the apartment everything you can need, even for long term stay.
We booked the apartment for 4 adults but there was only a double bed and a sofa. Maybe the sofa was supposed to be turned into a double bed but we werent quite clear on that.
