Excellent location, beds comfy, very spacious, good wifi throughout and easy to use TV, very quiet area, parking right outside the property. Heaters in every room. All rooms were very spacious, had a bath and a shower.
A little more communication about how to access the apartment would've been nice. We had a long 6 hour drive from Somerset and had to call owner before setting off to find out how to get in, was a little worrying. Would've been nice to hear maybe a day or so beforehand. I realise some owners don't want to say until the last minute, but maybe a keysafe with a code would help. We have our own rental property and like people to know a couple days in advance. That may sound a little moany, but everything else was absolutely spot on and we really REALLY enjoyed our stay here. This was the only reason why we didn't give it a 10.

Excellent location, house spacious. For cost of 3 nights great basic accomodation.
Bathroom sink very slow to drain. There was a heat pump for bathroom. When running shower water stopped, it did start when the bath tap was run but when you put off bath tap off the shower would stop.
Kettle lid kept coming apart when trying to put water in. Toaster rusty.
