The owner was very very nice and helpful both in the check in and in explaining us where and what to visit in the city, restaurants included. He also brought us a local chocolate cake every morning even if breakfast was never included in the stay.
The accommodation is located in a very comfortable place, 20 steps from the Hanok village, but it also has private parking which is really cool.
Additional note (good or bad depends on your expectations): we were sleeping on a bed, not on the floor.
Lack of WiFi connection.
The room is quite little so in case you are 2 people with 2 luggages it is not very comfortable.
