Property is centrally located and close to all amenities. Rooms are generous sizes, and view of sea was lovely over the roofs.
The shared entrance stairs and hallway leading to the apartment were cluttered area very worn and dirty which wasn't expected. Patio very slippery when wet with quite a build up of moss over the floor tiles. The jack and Gill bathroom although great did not have a fan, and with no natural ventilation, smelled quite stale from drainage.

Very good central location, 10 min walk to Fistral Beach and few minutes walk to Towan Beach. Hosts very responsive and helpful and provided a very helpful guide in advance. Rooms upstairs a decent size.
As it is located on the high street there was no access to park near the entrance to drop bags, surfboards etc directly at property. Also due to the flat overlooking the high street it is extremely noisy on weekend nights with music and people making noise well into early hours of the morning.
The facilities whilst probably very high end when first installed are now looking a bit tatty (the downstairs shower did not have regulated temperature), and the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great.
