Safe and secure. Central location. Nice, quiet, clean apartment with great view. As a solo traveler, it was a great choice.
The water in the shower!! There was a problem the cold water output - it just dribbled out and as I result the shower was scalding hot. I did report it, but no action was taken during my 2 day stay.

I stayed in this apartment for the last three days of my trip to Cape Town, and it was the perfect way to end my time in South Africa.
The apartment is ideal for two people – spacious, comfortable, and located on the 13th floor with absolutely stunning views. You can enjoy a beautiful panorama of Table Mountain and a large part of the city, which makes it really special.
The building is extremely secure – honestly, almost too secure, which ultimately gives great peace of mind. The check-in process was smooth thanks to Donovan, who guided me through everything and assisted with the reception pre-check-in required for access to the building and parking.
The apartment is very well equipped. Although I didn’t cook much, it has everything you need if you want to prepare meals, as well as tea and coffee. What I appreciated the most was the washing machine and dryer – after two weeks of traveling, this was a huge plus.
Communication with both Clare and Donovan was excellent. They were always responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience very easy and pleasant.
The location is fantastic, in a very nice and convenient area Watercant near the Waterfront – perfect for exploring Cape Town.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.
