We had an absolutely exceptional stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the setting is stunning, and every detail has clearly been well thought through. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we felt incredibly well looked after throughout. Barbara and all the staff couldn’t have been more lovely. The food was also outstanding. We ate in the Bistro restaurant and had a delicious meal. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, with a fantastic selection of fresh local ingredients, beautifully presented. The whole experience felt incredibly relaxing and special. We booked one night in September and stayed in a Suite with our baby. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything we could have wished for. The mini bar was stocked with high quality products and the air conditioning was very welcome!! The pool and vineyard shop onsite were great. It meant we didn’t have to leave the premises for anything and we could just relax! It’s rare to stay somewhere where everything comes together so perfectly, but this hotel genuinely exceeded our expectations. We left feeling completely relaxed and already looking forward to returning. An absolute gem.

Could do with an extra couple of sunbeds and more hooks for towels/wet clothes. Everything else is perfect.

Das Frühstück lässt leider bei der Qualität zu wünschen übrig. Da hätte ich mir mehr erwartet und kann den anderen Reisenden nur beipflichten. Es gibt noch Platz nach oben.

Lage ok, Personal bemüht und freundlich. Wir waren auch einmal im Haus beim Abendessen - sehr gut, Preis-Leisung ok. Auf der schönen Terrasse im angenehmen Schatten gute Weine getrunken.

Schade, dass man beim Frühstück nicht wählen kann, was man essen möchte. Gemüse hat gänzlich gefehlt! Zu unserer Überraschung wollte man beim Check out für das Frühstück die Eigerichte und ab dem 2. Kaffee pro Person auch diese in Rechnung stellen. Darüber wurden wir weder beim Check in informiert, noch beim Frühstück vom Personal aufgeklärt. Da geht´s jetzt nicht um die paar Euros - das passt nicht ins Bild und hat bei uns einen fahlen Beigeschmack hinterlassen - sehr, sehr schade! Insgesamt spürt man, dass das Hotel noch in der Startphase steckt und erst vor kurzem eröffnet hat. Der Pool ist eher ein Planschbecken - ein paar Meter mehr in der Länge hätten ihm gut getan - Platz wäre vorhanden... "Italienfeeling" kam bei uns nur bedingt auf - alles auf Englisch oder Deutsch - klar, viele Touristen wollen das so...
