I booked this hotel for one night mainly because of its convenient location for getting to the airport. From arrival, the desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was a good size and clean. As we had an early morning flight, they kindly arranged an early breakfast in our room at our preferred time and also organised a taxi to the airport.
Unfortunately, the room was not fully prepared for us. There was no toilet paper and only one slipper for two guests. Also, the bedside table had a sharp edge that scratched my leg and needs to be fixed or removed. When we contacted room service for the missing items, it took around 30 minutes each time, and we had to call again to remind them.

Really kind staff people who were trying to be helpful. Near the airport.
I don't understand how this property gets high ratings. We got a not-large room with no windows in a hallway that smelled like burning meat for $135 US (a few dollars less than the Radisson Blue, a luxury hotel near the airport). Breakfast was mediocre. Mattresses so uncomfortable. Hucksters out front claiming to be with the hotel.
