Great location. A 5-15 minute walk gets you in any part of the city but my favorite is being able to walk right down the street to the boardwalk and watch the river and look at the ruins of old town. The apartment itself is comfortable with good AC and a nice place to be in.
I don’t mind it but be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator so you will be hiking your bags and groceries up the stairs. Just make sure you’re in good shape and can handle stairs.

Локација је близу центра града, са много паркова у близини, пуно места за шетњу и разгледање прелепих знаменитости.
Стигао сам раније него што је планирано, али нисам морао да чекам. Захваљујући љубазности и одзиву домаћина, могао сам одмах да се уселим у стан.

Главный плюс этой квартиры — расположение. Рядом хорошие парки, до центра Подгорицы недалеко, всё необходимое находится поблизости. Сам район нам понравился.
При этом нужно понимать, что дом старый, ещё югославской постройки, и это чувствуется. В квартире в целом чисто, но есть ряд моментов, которые мешают комфортному проживанию: сильно скрипит диван-кровать, скрипит пол, постельное бельё довольно низкого качества. Кондиционер в гостиной работает слабо и не очень хорошо охлаждает помещение.
В целом квартира нормальная, особенно если важны местоположение и цена, но ожидать современного жилья не стоит. Для нас это уверенные 4 из 5.
