The house is spacious, fully equipped and modern. There are two fully furnished bedrooms. We did not use the kitchen much but it was fully equipped and functional. There were some additional beach towels that we could borrow. The place was very clean ! Conveniently located if you want to reach the ferry. The house was well isolated and retained heat well. We did not meet the hosts but we cordially exchanged by message.
The immediate area is not the most interesting and there is not a ton of privacy.
We came back to the house in the middle of the day and found handymen parked in our allocated parking spot and using noisy power tools right outside our window, which was not ideal. Additionally, the upper floor of the house is occupied and the noise carried over in the evening time - it's not unbearable but it's fairly noticeable. The stay did feel a bit overpriced for us.

The entire apartment was immaculate! Nicely decorated; comfortable bedding, washer/dryer, full kitchen w some extras. Loved other touches like: disposable earplugs, throw blankets, games, and extra (or an appropriate amount!) of hangers in the closet. Excellent communication with host.
The cliff edge parking for Apt3 was difficult to maneuver with an SUV. Instructions for the coffee makers, and Kleenex tissues in the bedrooms would have been useful (but we did find a box in the living room!)
