What I really liked about the property was that staff were really friendly and helpful and despite being tired of 2 days of no sleep they helped me to get to my room i booked for 2 nights and then later they even have given me some traditional Romanian food which they prepared in house. It was a wonderful surprise and experience! I didn’t had such kind people from hotels before. Very friendly, always professional and prompt and very helpful.
You get information about the rooms you book and you can communicate with them via email as well as the phone number provided at the reception for any enquiry, very friendly and kind people. I would recommend them to anyone that is visiting Pitești and needs a place to stay, they have even a restaurant available to hire for any events you might need.
Also there’s a corner shop by the main entrance if you want snacks or hot drinks . The lady always smiles and really to help too.
I personally don’t have anything bad to say, I really enjoyed my stay. I hope others visitors will too.
