Perfect location, just 7 minutes walk from groceries, 1 min drive from gas station, 7 minutes drive from natural park with wild animals which you can pet (monkeys, lamas, goats, donkeys, foxes, eagles, deers are freely walking and very friendly). 10 minutes drive from Baumholder, where you can find a huge forest for hiking, lake and huge kids playground.
Its windows are facing main street, its pretty busy and noisy in the morning

Die Wohnung liegt recht ruhig und ist ausgesprochen sauber. Die Ausstattung ist modern und gepflegt, wir haben nichts vermisst. In Fußreichweite gibt es mehrere Restaurants (und direkt gegenüber ist eine gute Eisdiele). Vor allem ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Sehr empfehlenswert.
