Good value, easy to find, good parking, nice quiet neighbourhood, clean, better than staying in a hotel.
Bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Shower a bit fiddly. A bit of washing up liquid would have been nice. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The host was very informative and responsive. When I arrived, the keycode was incorrect and he sent me a text immediately with the correct code.
The home was perfect for my needs and I felt very much at home.
I will most definitely be booking again when I am in the NE for work.
There was nothing I did not like. Everything was perfect.

Beutiful home, very comfortable
The hot tap downstairs is the cold tap and the cold is the hot tap but not a massive issue.
The cold tap in bathroom is couldn't turn on at all but again not a huge issue

Driveway parking
Bathroom door was broken and there was no handle on the inside or means of locking it. A repair man was sent out but he still did not fit a handle.
